Labs
Not needed to start. Labs are required once at 60–90 days after starting, then annually. Jenn draws them right here in the office — no second appointment, no outside lab.
Your monthly check-in
A short questionnaire appears in your client portal before refills. Watch for it — it's required at least every six months and any month you want a dose change. If it's skipped, your current dose stays where it is until it's done.

Side effects, dosing questions, or unsure how to answer something in the portal? Message Jenn first. Phone consult, in person, or portal only — all included, no per-visit fee and no cap.
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved. Medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate by a licensed provider after a medical screening. Individual results vary and weight loss is not guaranteed.
